Of course, but once the listing has been entered into the MLS the Flat Rate program fee is considered fully delivered and the fee is non-refundable. In addition if you withdraw your listing from the MLS before it sells or expires then you must sign a withdraw form and you must pay a $25.00 fee. This is is charged by the GAMLS.
