Are there any hidden costs?
Answers for Sellers
No. You pay us for the flat rate program you choose at the time you sign up. You may purchase any upgrades at the same time or along the way. After that there are no other costs from us. Unlike some other programs we do not place your home in a MLS system that charges an additional fee at the time you sell. Your only other costs are those you agree to pay in your contract with the buyer.
